Under the aegis of the Avashya Foundation spearheaded by Mrs. Arathi Shetty, the Avvashya Group conducts a number of social welfare and community development initiatives across the country. We believe in going beyond business and collaborating with employees and associates for the good of society.

OUR FOCUS AREAS

Avashya Foundation conducts 36 different initiatives across six focus areas that are aligned to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals and also Indian initiatives like Swachch Bharat, Digital India, Skill India, etc.

Environment

Promote sustainable environmental practices at an organisational and individual level, along with encouraging small eco-friendly actions that can make a big difference.

Healthcare

Bring about awareness and accessibility to healthcare facilities, as well as provide financial and psycho-social support that benefits underprivileged individuals.

Education

Providing counselling, training and support to children and youth from economically backward backgrounds to help them chart a roadmap for achieving their career aspirations.

Women Empowerment

Carry out initiatives designed to empower women and make them self-reliant by providing skill-based and entrepreneurship-based training.

Disaster Relief

Work with NGOs and government agencies as well as encourage contributions from team members to help individuals and families affected by natural disasters to rebuild their lives.

Sports

For children and adults across the underprivileged and economically challenged sections of the rural as well as urban society.
